I try to auto-snap tracks then the results as shown:

rail-e.thumb.jpg.19b91dcbbdfcf761e0260c9458480de9.jpgThis is not lap, program twists rails for 3x. Is this normal?

Soon I will publish all layout if I figured correct connections.

No!!!

publish the layout in which it happens. So someone can (maybe) find out why...

Layout are published on Anlagen.

I will write down the problems in connection of this:

- @Neo please place a "ground" to online catalog. Currently is missing although it is an essential component.

- please re-consider "snap to ground" method. Currently is "snap to ground level" so can not work any other circumstances. This greatly hardens creating in some cases.

I suggest to snap exactly to the nearest ground object.

- please check behaviour of water. Currently it is snapped to horizontal so any other circumstances it causes a bizarre effect. This is great and futuristic so I recommend a new component for this - but it is definitely not water.

- please reduce twisting of any tracks to max. 180 degree. Currently sometimes 3 full circle so this is ruins all creating.

No, it's not missing.
You find it in "landscape -> Panels":

You have a choice, Leslie

snap to terrain or stack

Although a water surface follows the curvature of the earth, it aligns itself horizontally on the scale on which model systems are built. So what sense would it make to change this property?
Your layout with the cube is a fun experiment to explore the possibilities of the program, but it has nothing to do with layout construction, which is what it was designed for.

What sense?

I think things obey physical law or be fun. Water currently none of that. You can not create a normal aquarium now, only can view from above.

Decide to follow one of that possibilty. I think water has length and wideness in this program and must follow this, not the horizont. This is not a coder problem, same work both.

Plus this effect is so great that worth a unique component (which produce this effect at all rotations).
