Which event can use to program inner swiches like brake light, Rückfahrlicht etc? Is there a "speed change" event?

I can use proper commands but events are missing.

Brake light must be on when curent speed > target speed. But which event to trigger this? On and off.

Rückfahrlicht, index lights also.

Also I wish vehicle volume adjust to speed. I can use timer but it is massive vaste of resources.

Alternate method: maybe recommend developers of vehicles to develop this functions too, like day or night automation.
