Request for a single tire

I have a request for a single tire with a chrome ring inside of it.  The top image shows what I'm asking for.

As I've shown in the top image, the scale could be changed so it could be used on cars, trucks, construction equipment, etc.  I've also shown how it could be stacked to create a wider tire if desired.

The bottom image shows how a user can create his/her own wheel designs for different vehicles.

The reason I'm asking even though I've already made my own is because to get the chrome ring to look smooth requires over 100 primitives per wheel.
