The zip file contains an empty catalog.

Export the system and the elements that are not in the online catalog to a folder, change the catalog in the program, restart the program, and import the system and elements into this catalog.

Now you can share this catalog.

You're a star, many thanks. I had got as far as creating a copy catalogue and simply naming it catalogue 1 but when I looked into the data folder I really hadn't a clue as to how to proceed. My first thought was to simply delete all of the data, load the program as normal and then try to save the layout in the new catalogue, but I could see potential problems by doing so. I had not thought to export the system into the new catalogue so yet another learning curve to add to the ever expanding knowledge base.
