how to import models from other vendors

HI,

... You can use "Edit" -> "Paste From File"... or "Catalog" -> "3D Modell" -> "New" ....

Note: if you use "Catalog" do not use "Publish to internet and share with oher people" if there is a copyright on the model...

Note: The model must be in .x format and is only stored (in 3D TS) local on your computer (you can not share the 3D TS project).  
The texture(s) must be in the same directory as the model and must have a size of 2^x (i.e 1024x1024 ; 512x256...)
