With the rolling command id 371 the value of the speed is not in km/h but has to be given in units of 10km/h. Why is this not in km/h?

Example: 371;NS1601;1;5.2  will result in a speed of 52 km/h

just a guess, but speed range can be between -330 to 330, and perhaps the variable cannot hold a number that high
