Hallo everyone!

One of the new features of V9 is that it allows you to see the menus in the "dark mode".  How and where is the setting to change to this?

My computer has the following: -

Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3350 @ 1.10GHz   1.10 GHz

Intel(R) HD Graphics 500

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
