Videoaufzeichnung funktioniert nicht immer

Hallo zusammen,

seit kurzem habe ich Probleme bei der Videoaufzeichnung: Ich starte den Vorgang ganz normal. Dann verschwinden die Aufzeichnungsdetails (siehe Bild) und der Vorgang kann nicht mehr gestoppt werden. Um rauszukommen muss ich den Task-Manager bemühen. Ein anderes Mal funktioniert es dann wieder ganz normal. Hat jemand eine Idee?
