Bitte mal um Hilfe

Ich habe im bei mir im Forum durch Zufall vorne auf das Symbol gedruckt beim Thema "Modelle" und jetzt zeigt er mir "Inhalt gelesen"

Kann ich das irgendwie wieder ungetan setzen ?
