I wish the expansion of Symbol Off ◄► Arrow green switch to 3-state.

2 states are unchanged, 3th state is arrow turned 180 degree.

unser Hobby-Kollege @Henry, der die links abgebildeten Kontrolllampen mit dem silbernen Rand gebaut hat, weilt leider nicht mehr unter uns (siehe hier). Deshalb können diese Modelle nicht mehr angepasst werden. Aber vielleicht hilft Dir auch das rechts abgebildete Modell des GBS-Pfeil-Tasters aus der Kategorie "Gleisbildstellpult" weiter (Content-ID = 3D4D2B4D-E63F-4D63-9BB4-D27E7D997B84). Dieses bietet nämlich die 3 Zustände 0=Aus, 1=Pfeil nach rechts und 2=Pfeil nach links bereits heute an. Außerdem gibt es dieses Modell in den oben gezeigten 7 Farb-Variationen.  
Our hobby colleague @Henry, who built the control lamps with the silver rim shown on the left, is unfortunately no longer with us (see here). Therefore, these models can no longer be adapted. But perhaps the model of the GBS arrow pushbutton shown on the right from the category "Track control panel" (Content-ID = 3D4D2B4D-E63F-4D63-9BB4-D27E7D997B84) will help you. This already offers the 3 states 0=off, 1=arrow to the right and 2=arrow to the left. This model is also available in the 7 color variations shown above.

Thank you, this is far much better than I thought.

I suggest show its arrow on catalog for better found it.

My condolences to Henry and Seehund also. I am sad for missing good men and modellers.
