mir stellt sich die Frage ob ich ein Bild von Google, welches auf eine Fläche montiert, mit meiner Bahnhofanlage in den Katalog einstellen darf?

Hallo Rainer,

das musst du den Urheber fragen, der das Bild ins Internet gestellt hat. Die Bilder in der Google-Suche gehören ja nicht Google, sondern den Leuten der Webseiten, die Google durchsucht.

Hallo Neo,

ich habe mich leider falsch ausgedrückt. es handelt sich um eine Aufnahme welche als Satellitenbild durch Google Earth abgespeichert wurde.

Aber ich vermute dass ich es so nicht einstellen darf.

auch bei Google Earth liegen die Rechte am Werk bei Google oder einem anderen Urheber, daher wirst du ohne eine Rückfrage leider keine Daten einfach so veröffentlichen können.
