Hello, Hallo, 
Something different. I found the parking places from @Robbinwood made in 2014.  In this layout they are equipped with tracks, and code for an automatic parking place. 
Mal was anderes. Ich fand die Parkplätze von @Robbinwood aus dem Jahr 2014.  In diesem Layout sind sie mit Gleisen und einem Code für einen automatischen Parkplätze ausgestattet.

Generic parking tool. 
This parking place is automated. Two individual variations. 
At random cars will go / leave the parking. Triggered by road traffic on a TrCt, so if the parking is full, there must be at least one other car on the streets to trigger. 
A bus or a truck ( keyword ) will not go to the parking, but can trigger a car to leave the parking. 
Works with normal cars from the catalog, but soft coupling / automatic accelerate ( - and +signs ) must be on.
Generic, just paste from layout once. Each other copy in your layout will work with the same code. Because of components working together, copy always all objects from one tool together. Do not copy the code twice.

Generisches Parkplatz. 
Dieser Parkplatz ist automatisiert. Zwei individuelle Varianten.  
Nach dem Zufallsprinzip werden Autos auf den Parkplatz fahren bzw. ihn verlassen. Ausgelöst durch den Straßenverkehr auf einer TrCt, also wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, muss mindestens ein anderes Auto auf der Straße sein, um auszulösen.
Ein Bus oder ein LKW (Schlüsselwort) wird nicht auf den Parkplatz fahren, kann aber ein Auto auslösen, um den Parkplatz zu verlassen. 
Funktioniert mit normalen Autos aus dem Katalog, aber weiche Kopplung / automatische Beschleunigung ( - und +Zeichen ) muss eingeschaltet sein.
Generisch, nur einmal aus dem Layout einfügen. Jede weitere Kopie in Ihrem Layout wird mit demselben Code funktionieren. Da die Komponenten zusammenarbeiten, kopieren Sie immer alle Objekte aus einem Werkzeug zusammen. Kopieren Sie den Code nicht zweimal.

Hello Magnetilo. Since I work in V8 and did put it in the catalog. So it is not available in V7.  Sorry.
